Accessing Your Tasks

To access your tasks, start from the homepage:

  1. Click on the island at the top.

  2. Select "Tasks" from the menu.

Understanding Your Task List

Your tasks are organized by recency, as we prioritize recent tasks for immediate attention. When a task is first created, it's marked as "New" for 24 hours. As time passes, the tags change colour and labels to reflect the age of the task, such as "Yesterday," "1 week ago," and so on.

Interacting with Tasks

Add

Create a new task anytime by tapping the "Add" button at the bottom.

Edit

Modify any task by tapping on it, which brings up the edit area.

Delete

Swipe right on a task to remove it.

Public/Private

Swipe left to toggle between public (dark bar) and private (water green bar) status. By default, tasks are public.

Complete

Tick off a task by simply selecting the checkmark on its left side. Fraim will ask you to link that specific task to a goal. The goals are presented based on relevance to the task and the most relatable goal.

Task Creation Beyond the Task Section

Fraim also allows task creation during the two daily key interactions:

Create Tasks During the Morning Brief

Declare your daily goals in response to Fraim's prompt during your Morning Brief, and it will suggest tasks for your approval.

Daily Reflection

Reflect on your day's accomplishments and pending tasks, providing a chance to update your task list accordingly.

Remember, using tasks helps you navigate your day efficiently and ensures that you're always moving forward.
